The action never stops in rugby. From a fast-paced running game combined with flowing passing to the physicality of the eight-man scrum, rugby has it all. Come along and experience the excitement and spectacle that is rugby.
Rugby combines core strength with the physical endurance and mental discipline to play a full 80 minute game. Join us and we'll get you in the best shape of your life to achieve this.
We run, we pass, we tackle, we win the ball; in rugby everyone on the field has the ability to influence the game but it is only by being a team that we can succeed. Together everyone achieves more.
You do not need any prior experience nor do you need any expensive equipment. Just make the commitment to try your best, work hard and we will help you learn the sport and develop your skills. Challenge yourself and you will accomplish more than you thought was ever possible.
Practices are open to everyone: male or female, young or old, veteran player or absolute novice. We work hard but we enjoy ourselves at the same time so come down and introduce yourself at one of our regular sessions and take your first step as a Diablo today.
